Visit of the Seminary in Bare and meeting with community leaders (Muslims, Fulanis and Christians).
The team of ACN visited the Bishop Timothy Cotter Memorial Spiritual Year Seminary in Bare (one hour drive south of Yola) together with Bishop Stephen Mamza on 01 November 2022.
In the area where the seminary is situated have previously violent conflicts taken place between herders and farmers. Bishop Mamza is very active to mediate between the parties, however, the struggle for farmland and grazing routes will remain a topic for future disputes as the population in Nigeria continues to grow rapidly.
