Fr Mutiago, an Indian salesian priest, 40 years of age is celebrating mass in Kakuma refugee camp area four. That place is in one of the outstations from Holy Cross Catholic Parish, the only one parish in the Refugee Camp. He is also the director of the Don Bosco training centre within the camp. The congregation hosts more than twenty nationalities especially South Sudanese and Congolese, among others.
