Bishop Oliver Doeme visits nigerian refugees in Cameroon

Bishop Oliver Doeme Dashe, Bishop of Maiduguri (Nigeria), was at the head of a strong delegation which visited the diocese of Maroua-Mokolo from May 25 to 27, 2021. The first objective of this visit was to meet the community of Nigerian Christians who have been refugees in Cameroon because of the abuses of the fighters of the Boko Haram sect since 2013; as well as to strengthen ties with the community of Catholic Christians in Cameroon.
