Fr. Lucas Aristides Bolacha has already identified catholic leaders the IDPs in the resettlement of Meculane, in order to organize the pastoral activities.
When we arrived together with the Diocesan Administrator S.E.R. Dom António Juliasse Ferreira Sandramo, we experienced an impressive reception with songs and dances and a procession up to the future building site of the multi-purpose hall, which will be financed with funds from ACN.
